According to the BBC and local media in Ukraine on the 15th (local time), an explosion occurred at around 11 a.m. at the meeting room of the Keretsky Parliament in Zakarpatya, Ukraine. The meeting was being broadcast live on Facebook when the incident took place. A man who entered the meeting room was caught on video pulling out three safety pins of grenades in front of the door and throwing them to the floor. At the time, lawmakers debated next year's budget and this year's settlement. Nearly 90 minutes after the meeting began, one of the lawmakers was seen shouting against the budget bill. After that, the man wearing a black jacket took another man out of the room. Returning a few minutes later, the man in the black jacket stood at the door. Suddenly, he grabbed the attention of the attendees by pulling two grenades out of his pocket. Soon after, the man dropped a total of three grenades to the floor.
